Customer Services Reporting Specialist

About the Role
As our Customer Services Reporting Specialist, you’ll be a key player in shaping how we understand and optimize our global customer service operations. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing intuitive Power BI dashboards and data sets that help our teams work smarter, not harder.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, is detail-oriented, and thrives on bringing clarity to complex performance metrics.
What You'll Do

Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for service performance monitoring

Translate business needs into clear, scalable reporting solutions

Design and implement KPI frameworks for efficiency and profitability tracking

Conduct ad hoc data analysis to support decision-making

Ensure data quality, availability, and consistency

Work closely with IT, service teams, and business stakeholders globally
What We’re Looking For

Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Excel (advanced level)

Solid understanding of data structures and reporting best practices

Degree in Engineering, IT, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset

Fluent English and Czech language (both C1 level)

A team player who is proactive, communicative, and detail-oriented
