We’re expanding our quality team and introducing a brand-new position for a Quality Control Supervisor. If you're excited by the opportunity to shape a role, lead a growing team, and drive meaningful change—this one’s for you.
In this role, you’ll lead a team of quality control inspectors and administrators with a variety of personalities and working styles. We’re looking for someone who can connect with different kinds of people, handle challenging conversations with confidence, and keep the team motivated and on track.
What will you do?
- Supervise and lead a team of quality control inspectors and administrators
- Manage day-to-day operations and drive efficiency in quality-related processes
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards
- Identify and resolve quality issues with a hands-on approach
- Mentor, coach, and support team members—bringing out the best in each individual
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and findings
- Prepare and present quality reports to management
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support continuous improvement initiatives
Ideal candidate will have:
- Technical education and solid Quality Assurance experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
- Proficiency with quality tools, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies
- A structured, systematic approach to operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills
- The ability to listen actively, resolve conflict, and lead with empathy and clarity
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams and collaborating on process improvements
- English level B2 or higher, Czech language level C2
