Software využívají lékaři a laboratorní technici z celého světa pro 3D vizualizaci a plánování zubařských náhrad, rovnátek, apod. Vývojový tým se skládá přibližně z 20 lidí a jsou v něm vývojáři, návrháři UI/UX a testeři.

We are looking for a Project Manager for a medical software development project — someone who will be a support and a leader for the development team, working closely with the product owner on the customer side. The software is used by doctors and lab technicians around the world for 3D visualization and planning of dental prosthetics, braces, and more. Are you a project manager who wants to be part of the team, knows how to motivate people, and is more than just a meeting scheduler? Can you efficiently plan your time and the team’s, lead a project with regard to customer priorities, technical development needs, and critical deadlines? Do you have experience in software development and an interest in the medical field? Are you not afraid to communicate with customers and enjoy challenges? Then we’re looking for you!

What will your responsibilities be?

• Create and maintain the project plan in terms of content, time estimates, and deadlines

• Work closely with the customer and product owner on both specific tasks and the overall project

• Adjust the development and testing schedule based on team capacity and evolving priorities

• Monitor product progress, stay in close contact with the team, and provide feedback and support for their development

• Track deviations from the project plan, resolve issues, analyze risks, and proactively prevent problems

• Create regular reports on the project status for both the client and the company

• Stay up to date with trends in project management and apply them effectively

• Help build a motivating and efficient work environment and positively influence company culture

What should you bring?

• Education in management or a technical field

• Experience leading software development projects and managing teams of at least 15 people

• Very good English skills (confident communication with native speakers, ability to negotiate in English)

• Analytical thinking and adaptability to change

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work with people, listen to them, and understand their needs

Bonus skills that are an advantage

• Experience with agile software development and methodologies such as SCRUM

• Interest in IT technologies and trends
