Senior Production Deployment Engineer

You bridge advanced R&D and real-world production, ensuring complex technologies move smoothly from development into manufacturing. In this role, you combine deep technical expertise with ownership, collaboration, and problem-solving.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the deployment of new products from R&D into production, working closely with project leaders and technical teams.

  • Apply advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical engineering and physics to solve complex integration challenges.

  • Independently operate microscopes and production equipment during final integration and production phases.

  • Diagnose root causes of advanced technical issues and define corrective system actions.

  • Review data, analyze results, and create clear technical reports and documentation.

  • Create, manage, and continuously improve technical documentation, protocols, and knowledge databases.

  • Adapt and design scripts and automation for data collection and microscope setup.

  • Lead and organize technical tasks, estimate timelines.

  • Ensure laboratory conditions, documentation accuracy, and compliance with internal standards.

What You’ll Bring

  • A university degree and solid professional experience in a relevant technical field.

  • Confidence working across mechanical, electrical, and physical disciplines.

  • The ability to work independently while staying closely connected with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to solving complex technical problems.

  • Comfort with documentation, reporting, and sharing knowledge clearly with others.

  • El. competence (GD194/2022)

  • Inter-mediate English communication skills.
