Are you someone who thrives on taking ownership, driving results, and building solutions without waiting for step-by-step instructions? We’re looking for a self-driven Commercial Solutions Specialist to join our team and take charge of shaping, pricing, and evolving our service portfolio.

 

This is a role for a professional who enjoys autonomy, can manage priorities independently, and has the confidence to influence across teams and regions. If you have the energy to make things happen and the mindset to turn opportunities into results, this could be the right challenge for you.

 

What you’ll do

  • Own our services pricing strategy – ensure global rules are followed while safeguarding profitability, managing margins for every new system quotation.

  • Drive cost and profitability insights – monitor KPIs, track performance, and ensure our portfolio delivers measurable value.

  • Shape the tools & documents we rely on – develop and improve templates, quotations, and client communication, enabling smooth processes across local field offices.

  • Build partnerships with subcontractors – manage agreements with authorized service centers and foster win-win collaborations.

  • Continuously improve processes – spot inefficiencies, propose smarter tools, and partner with IT and sales teams to optimize workflows.

  • Co-create our services portfolio – work with Product Sales and Management teams to adapt offerings to customer and market needs.

  • Support marketing initiatives – contribute to new product introductions, create service brochures and materials, define pricing strategies, and ensure our services are visible and compelling in the market.

 

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Finance, or related field.

  • Proven experience in a similar role OR in the electron microscope industry (infrastructure experience is a big plus).

  • Strong skills in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel); ERP/CRM experience (SAP, Salesforce) is a plus.

  • English proficiency (B2 or higher).

  • Detail-oriented mindset with accuracy in financial and technical documentation.

  • Ability to balance independent work and cross-team collaboration.

  • Cultural awareness and adaptability.
