Role Purpose:
Provide expert installation, operation training, and technical service support for SEM/FIB systems, ensuring optimal customer performance and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Master SEM/FIB theory and tools (SMS/T&M) during initial training.

Deliver field service, maintenance, and troubleshooting for SEM/FIB instruments.

Conduct service training sessions and participate in continuous technical updates.

Perform bi-annual warehouse inventory audits.

Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure clear communication and service excellence.

Support fellow Field Service Engineers and collaborate effectively within the team.

Provide dedicated support to assigned customers, addressing their specific needs.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Proficiency in diagnosis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for complex instruments.

Effective installation and maintenance support for high-end SEM/FIB systems.

Strong teamwork and support for other Field Service Engineers.

Ability to handle equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

High customer satisfaction through responsive and quality service.
