We are looking for an Field Service Engineer (M/F) to fill a replacement position.
Reporting to the After-Sales Service Manager within a team of six people, your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out preliminary technical visits
- Installing, commissioning, and performing acceptance tests on equipment at customer sites
- Training customers in the use of equipment (“getting started”)
- Providing remote technical support to customers
- Planning, organizing, and carrying out preventive and corrective visits: diagnostics, searching for technical solutions, repairing and calibrating equipment
- Participating in the continuous improvement of products by reporting recurring faults or incidents
- Defining, managing, and monitoring your stock of tools and spare parts
- Liaise with sales and after-sales service teams in France and the Czech Republic
Profil :
- Master's degree in Materials/Electronics/Industrial Maintenance/Physical Measurements or equivalent
- Technical English required (English training)
- Knowledge of microscopy is an advantage

Specific features of the position:
- 80%/90% travel - Travel within France and North Africa (mainly in southern France and North Africa); depending on where you live, the position may require overnight stays.
- Training period to be completed in Brno (Czech Republic) and Fuveau (France 13)

- Handling, assembly, and disassembly of equipment
