HSE Apprenticeship - Risk Analysis & Continuous Improvement (M/F)
Looking to develop your skills in health, safety, and risk prevention within an industrial environment. Working closely with the HR Manager and operational teams, you will actively contribute to improving working conditions and strengthening the site’s safety culture.
What You’ll Do
- Participate in occupational risk analysis and the identification of preventive actions
- Contribute to updating the Single Risk Assessment Document and risk evaluations
- Support the definition and follow-up of corrective and preventive action plans
- Conduct analyses following incidents, near misses, or hazardous situations
- Participate in field audits and safety awareness activities
- Support teams in applying health and safety best practices
- Monitor HSE indicators and contribute to reporting activities
What You’ll Bring
- You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree specializing in HSE, QHSE, risk prevention, or a related field
- You have a strong interest in hands-on work and industrial environments
- You are organized, autonomous, and proactive
- You enjoy teamwork and interacting with a variety of stakeholders
- You are able to analyze situations and suggest practical solutions
- Previous experience in industry or HSE would be a plus
