We are currently looking for a Logistics and Planning Manager (M/F) to start as soon as possible.
Reporting to the Deputy Director of Group Operations, your main mission will be to ensure that customer deadlines are met by optimizing the various stages of production and managing logistics flows. You will also optimize the management of human, material, and financial resources.
To do this, you will:
1) Manage a team of four people (logistics agent, polisher, mechanical parts preparer, and planning engineer)
2) Oversee and organize logistics flows and storage:
- Coordinate and control logistics operations for receiving and shipping
- Optimize storage and storage space
- Organize and control the management of production mechanical parts, equipment packaging materials, and consumables for your team (referencing, restocking, etc.)
- Ensure the traceability of parts (labeling) and stock (ERP)
- Based on the schedule, have sub-assemblies prepared for mechanical assembly
- Ensure the proper upkeep and maintenance of production tools. (E.g., electric pallet truck, sandblaster, polishing lathe, etc.)
3) Supervise planning and scheduling:
- Supervise configuration, production plan assurance, and progress monitoring
- Guide planning by relaying management decisions
- Act as an interface between company departments (R&D, Purchasing, Finance, Production) and planning.
- Ensure that the various planning security measures (minimum stock levels, systematic checks of work order completeness, blanket orders) are effective and anticipate risks
4) Continuous improvement:
- Develop appropriate performance indicators to manage logistics activities
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Advance logistics through skills development and the development of equipment or subcontracting.
- Participate in cross-functional working groups as a representative of Logistics
- Ensure the configuration and proper use of SAP in the various logistics departments
- Alert to risks and deviations, coordinate corrective and remedial actions
Profil :
- Proven experience in supply chain (flow, inventory management, forecasting, MRP, etc.)
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams
- Advanced knowledge of logistics flow management and inventory management techniques
- General knowledge of office tools (SAP ERP, Office Suite, Ms Project, etc.)
- Fluent English
- Organization, ability to anticipat
