Mechanical Assembly Manager - Cleanroom

As part of a replacement, we are recruiting a Mechanical Assembly Manager - Cleanroom.
You will lead mechanical production in a cleanroom environment and ensure the delivery of new systems and after-sales service units in line with company standards for deadlines, costs, and quality. You will directly contribute to operational performance and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, motivate, and coordinate a team of 7 mechanical assemblers while developing their skills and versatility

• Anticipate short-, mid-, and long-term human and technical resource needs

• Define and monitor performance indicators to manage your department effectively

• Organize the production of mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies according to the defined schedule

• Ensure alignment between workload, available resources, and material supply

• Supervise and actively participate in precision assembly in a cleanroom environment

• Perform quality checks prior to final testing and report supplier non-conformities

• Ensure product traceability and data accuracy in the ERP system - SAP

• Monitor and optimize department inventory levels and organize stock counts

• Integrate and manage customer returns - RMA - in compliance with contractual deadlines

• Actively contribute to continuous improvement and ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, and HR standards

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in team management within an industrial environment

• Strong expertise in precision mechanical assembly

• Solid knowledge of brazing and bonding techniques

• Understanding of cleanroom standards and best practices

• A structured and methodical approach to problem-solving

• The ability to prioritize, organize, and make sound decisions

• Natural leadership skills with a strong sense of customer service and knowledge sharing

• Comfort working with IT tools and ERP systems

• A minimum of a 2-year technical degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
