Track delivery schedules, follow up with suppliers, and secure the timely supply of critical components.
-
Ensure compliance with purchasing contracts and help resolve supplier-related issues, including delivery discrepancies, transportation problems, and invoicing disputes.
-
Maintain purchasing dashboards and tracking tools, particularly in SAP.
-
Identify potential issues, raise alerts when necessary, and help ensure continuity of operations.
What You'll Bring
-
You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and a solid understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.
-
You are confident using SAP, ideally S/4HANA, and know how to use tracking tools to manage your activities efficiently.
-
You hold a minimum of a two-year post-secondary qualification in logistics, procurement, or supply chain management.
-
You communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level).
-
You are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and find practical solutions.
-
You enjoy working as part of a team and collaborating with different stakeholders, both internally and with suppliers.
