What can you expect in this position?
- Co-creation of the product vision and strategy for the Materials Science products to ensure alignment with market needs and company goals.
- Overseeing all aspects of the product lifecycle, ensuring the products meet the highest standards of quality, robustness, and performance.
- Representing the voice of the customer within the organization to improve the product according to customer requirements and feedback.
- Monitoring the financial performance of the product, identifying growth opportunities and suggesting corrective actions.
- Creating and maintaining product roadmaps to drive strategic decision making and maximize customer value, within the confines of allocated resources.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing Managers, R&D and Marketing colleagues.
- Active participation in Product Management Process to manage life cycle of the products

What do you need for this?
- University degree (min. Master), preferably in Materials Science.
- Experience with Materials Science applications in academy and industrial sectors is an advantage.
- Good understanding of product management in the field of scientific and capital equipment instruments – business experience is necessary.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Well balanced analytical thinking and interpersonal skills for teamwork efficiency (very demanding business – technology – resources interfaces).
- English language at a communicative level (at least B2 level).
- Experience with R&D is an advantage.
