Are you driven by quality, team leadership, and customer satisfaction? In this role, you will lead product testing and validation activities, ensuring compliance, reliability, and on-time delivery while supporting customers throughout the product lifecycle.
What You’ll Do

Lead, coordinate, and develop the Test and Validation team

Anticipate short-, mid-, and long-term resource needs and align them with operational priorities

Define and monitor KPIs to measure team performance and product quality

Oversee recruitment, performance development, and skills growth in collaboration with HR
-
Define and implement product test programs in cooperation with R&D
-
Design and improve test benches and measurement methodologies
-
Ensure proper execution of all tests within planned shipment deadlines
-
Validate product compliance or lead diagnostic investigations in case of non-conformities
-
Ensure traceability of products and test data within the ERP system
-
Coordinate resolution of non-conformities with relevant departments until final product acceptance

Oversee maintenance of test equipment and management of department stock

Ensure compliance with company standards in Quality, Safety, and HR

Contribute actively to continuous improvement initiatives
What You’ll Bring
-
A Master’s degree in Materials, Instrumentation, Electronics, or a related technical field
-
Proven experience in team management within a technical or industrial environment
-
Strong knowledge of electronics, physics, mechanics, and/or software systems
-
Advanced understanding of complex technical products

Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP
-
Fluency in English

A structured and analytical mindset with strong organizational skills

The ability to anticipate challenges, adapt quickly, and make sound decisions

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach
