Are you driven by quality, team leadership, and customer satisfaction? In this role, you will lead product testing and validation activities, ensuring compliance, reliability, and on-time delivery while supporting customers throughout the product lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coordinate, and develop the Test and Validation team

• Anticipate short-, mid-, and long-term resource needs and align them with operational priorities

• Define and monitor KPIs to measure team performance and product quality

• Oversee recruitment, performance development, and skills growth in collaboration with HR

• Define and implement product test programs in cooperation with R&D

• Design and improve test benches and measurement methodologies

• Ensure proper execution of all tests within planned shipment deadlines

• Validate product compliance or lead diagnostic investigations in case of non-conformities

• Ensure traceability of products and test data within the ERP system

• Coordinate resolution of non-conformities with relevant departments until final product acceptance

• Oversee maintenance of test equipment and management of department stock

• Ensure compliance with company standards in Quality, Safety, and HR

• Contribute actively to continuous improvement initiatives

What You’ll Bring

• A Master’s degree in Materials, Instrumentation, Electronics, or a related technical field

• Proven experience in team management within a technical or industrial environment

• Strong knowledge of electronics, physics, mechanics, and/or software systems

• Advanced understanding of complex technical products

• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP

• Fluency in English

• A structured and analytical mindset with strong organizational skills

• The ability to anticipate challenges, adapt quickly, and make sound decisions

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach
