In this role, you will combine technical expertise, customer engagement, and market insight to support sales teams, influence product strategy, and help customers discover solutions that advance their research, manufacturing, and business objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the regional product expert for Micro CT, supporting sales teams throughout the customer journey.
  • Partner with customers to understand their challenges, objectives, and technical requirements while clearly communicating the value of TESCAN solutions.
  • Support opportunity qualification, technical discussions, product presentations, and demonstrations to help accelerate sales success.
  • Accompany sales teams on customer visits, meetings, workshops, and technical evaluations to build confidence and drive informed purchasing decisions.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Gather customer feedback, market intelligence, and competitive insights and share recommendations with global product management, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Support regional execution of product positioning, go-to-market initiatives, campaigns, and product launches in collaboration with Product Marketing and MarCom.
  • Identify and develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) who can strengthen product awareness, credibility, and market visibility.
  • Collaborate closely with service, applications, product, and marketing teams to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Physics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a related technical field.
  • Five or more years of experience in product sales, applications, sales engineering, technical marketing, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Experience working within scientific instrumentation, advanced technology, analytical equipment, or capital equipment environments.
  • Strong understanding of complex technical products and their real-world customer applications.
  • Experience supporting technical sales processes, product demonstrations, and customer engagements.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or comparable customer relationship management platforms.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into meaningful customer value and business outcomes.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within the region to support customer and business needs.
