Your Role

As the Country Accountant, you will serve as the Chief Accountant for your designated country, ensuring complete accuracy, compliance, and integrity of all local accounting operations. You will oversee statutory reporting, lead financial closings, drive SAP implementations, and support finance transformation initiatives—including Shared Services setup.

Key Responsibilities

Statutory Compliance – Ensure full adherence to local GAAP, tax laws, and corporate policies.
Financial Reporting – Manage monthly/quarterly/annual closings and prepare statutory statements.
Accounting Operations – Oversee AP, AR, cash management, and fixed assets.
Audit Leadership – Act as primary contact for internal/external auditors and regulators.
System Implementation – Drive SAP adoption and process digitization.
Finance Transformation – Contribute to Shared Services transitions and process improvements.

What We Expect

Education: Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
Experience: 3+ years in accounting (SAP proficiency preferred).
Skills:

• Advanced Excel & accounting software expertise
• Analytical rigor + eye for detail
• Fluent English & French (written/spoken)
• Mindset: Proactive, adaptable to change, and collaborative in international teams.
