Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Services Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end process for spare parts, consumables, and service-related quotations and orders. Your role ensures seamless operations between customers, logistics, and service teams. Key tasks include:

  • Order Management: Process and fulfill quotations and orders for spare parts and consumables.
  • Process Optimization: Support the redesign of inventory and logistics workflows (first 6 months).
  • Coordination: Act as a liaison between customers, sales, and service teams to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Experience: Background in logistics, administration, or technical sales (scientific instrumentation is a plus).
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in order management systems and MS Office.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
