Business Operations Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist  to support our sales organization through efficient operational and administrative coordination. This role is essential in managing quotations, supporting sales processes, maintaining CRM accuracy, and coordinating with internal teams—ensuring smooth operations and enabling sales teams to focus on customer engagement and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quotation Management: Prepare, review, and issue customer quotations in coordination with Sales Managers, Product Specialists, and Finance

  • Sales Operations Support: Support sales representatives with order processing, pricing requests, and proposal preparation

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a key liaison between Sales, Finance, Service, Logistics, and Product teams to ensure efficient order flow and timely customer responses

  • CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate records of quotations, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)

  • Customer Communication: Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries in collaboration with the sales team

  • Reporting Support: Assist with the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates

  • Process & Compliance: Ensure all quotations and sales operations comply with internal policies, pricing guidelines, and approval workflows

  • Local HR Support: Provide administrative and operational support to local HR activities, including onboarding coordination and internal process alignment.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales support, sales operations, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in a technical or industrial B2B environment

  • Systems Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and ERP/order management systems

  • Business Knowledge: Solid understanding of quotation processes, pricing principles, and sales cycles
