• Deliver technical training to Field Service Engineers and support demonstration systems when needed.

What You’ll Bring

• A university degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.

• Technical experience with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and/or focused ion beam (FIB) systems.

• Advanced written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate independently with global technical teams.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.

• The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and perform effectively under pressure.

• Clear communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a strong focus on customer needs.

• Willingness to provide occasional support outside regular working hours, travel, and work overtime when required.

• Respect for different perspectives and backgrounds, and the ability to collaborate in an international team.

What Tescan Can Offer You

• Work with purpose – apply your expertise to keep advanced scientific instruments performing reliably and support discoveries that matter.

• A community that grows together – collaborate with local and global colleagues, share knowledge, and explore long-term career opportunities.

• Support along the way – deepen your expertise through technical collaboration, knowledge sharing, and internal training.

• A place you’ll enjoy – be based in Shanghai and work closely with colleagues across our international service network.

• Benefits that give back – financial bonuses and allowances, statutory social insurance and housing provident fund contributions, internal training, an annual health checkup, and a company-provided laptop.

• Time that’s yours – 15–20 working days of annual leave and 10 working days of sick leave.
