We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the East China region, build trusted customer relationships, and develop new business opportunities for our electron microscopy and scientific instrument solutions.

What will you do?

As Sales Manager, you will independently manage the full sales cycle for assigned customers and opportunities in China. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and manage sales opportunities from prospecting to closing.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers in research, industrial, academic, and high-tech sectors.
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into suitable product and application solutions.
  • Prepare and execute sales plans aligned with customer priorities and business targets.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and activity records in CRM.
  • Provide timely sales forecasts, activity updates, and business reports.
  • Manage customer visits, product demonstrations, and related sales activities within the agreed budget.

What do we expect from you?

We are looking for a self-driven sales professional who can work independently, communicate effectively with technical customers, and deliver results.

You should bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in electron microscopy, scientific instruments, analytical instruments, high-end equipment, or a related technical industry.
  • Proven ability to manage accounts independently and close sales opportunities.
  • Good understanding of customer applications and the ability to communicate technical value clearly.
  • Experience using CRM systems for opportunity tracking, customer follow-up, and reporting.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • High self-motivation, ownership, and result orientation.
  • Flexibility to travel within China, especially across Shanghai, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang.
