Your Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you'll ensure optimal performance of advanced microscopy systems through expert maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support. Your technical skills will directly impact scientific research across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
• Install and commission scientific instruments at customer sites

• Perform preventive maintenance and system diagnostics
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment on-site
• Train customers on system operation and maintenance
• Document service activities and generate reports
• Provide feedback to improve product performance

We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field

• Experience with electron microscopy systems (preferred)
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
• Willingness to travel
