What will you do:
We are seeking a Program and Operations Planner to synchronize sales demand with production capacity and material availability, ensuring timely product delivery and operational excellence. This role also supports the smooth functioning of the Business Unit’s core administrative operations, serving as a key link between production, procurement, and program management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to align with customer demand and production capabilities.
- Collaborate with the Procurement team to monitor Purchase Orders and ensure on-time material arrival.
- Oversee daily production flow to maximize efficiency and maintain schedule adherence.
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, ensuring smooth operations.
- Implement and manage customer/visitor protocols, including NDAs and safety briefings.
- Act as a cross-functional liaison between Sales, Procurement, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.
What we are looking for:
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) for production scheduling, inventory management, and procurement tracking; experience with Cin7 is a plus.
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis, forecasting, and capacity planning.
- Solid understanding of supply chain and project management fundamentals.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management abilities.
- Resourceful and proactive, with a systematic, process-oriented approach to solving problems in fast-paced environments.
