Sales Director, U.S. East Region 

Lead Tescan’s regional sales growth in the U.S. East by guiding a high-performing team of up to five sales professionals and managing a strategic distributor network. You’ll shape market direction, drive customer partnerships, and inspire performance excellence across your territory.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver outstanding results.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding key accounts.

  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to align on lead generation and market positioning.

  • Monitor sales performance, forecast accurately, and adjust tactics to meet objectives.

  • Build long-term relationships that drive customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Foster professional development and succession planning within the team.

What You’ll Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in physics, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.

  • 7+ years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven success leading teams in scientific instrumentation or similar technical sectors.

  • Strong commercial and strategic acumen with a hands-on approach to execution.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for performance tracking and pipeline management.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and mentoring skills.

  • A collaborative, accountable mindset with a drive to deliver meaningful results.
