Provide executive-level sales leadership across multiple regions, aligning strategy with global growth objectives. The Sales Director oversees major account relationships and sets high-level sales strategies for sustainable revenue growth.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • APAC/AMERICAS/EMEA Sales Strategy: Set and drive overall sales strategy, aligning with company-wide goals.
  • High-Level Account Management: Oversee relationships with top-tier clients and key partners.
  • Leadership: Lead and guide regional sales managers, ensuring cohesion across teams.
  • Market Positioning: Drive product positioning and strategic initiatives based on market insights.
  • Succession and Talent Development: Develop a pipeline of leaders within the sales organization.
  • Account Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track regional sales performance

  • Revenue Growth: Achieve or exceed sales targets for the region.
  • Strategic Accounts: Maintain high satisfaction and retention among top accounts.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in physics, Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years in sales leadership, with a significant portion spent in a senior role, ideally in electron microscopy or scientific equipment industries.
  • Executive Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing multi-regional or global sales teams and achieving high revenue targets.
  • Strategic Acumen: Strong understanding of market analysis, strategic planning, and competitive positioning.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficient in using CRM and data analytics tools to make informed decisions and guide sales strategy.
