I, the undersigned, as an applicant for employment at TESCAN GROUP, a.s., with its registered office at Libušina třída 21, 623 00 Brno, Company ID 17774713, VAT ID CZ17774713, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno, file no. B 8821 (hereinafter referred to as the "controller"), I hereby give my consent to the controller to collect and process my personal data, including the data provided falling under a special category of personal data, within the scope of the data provided in the entry questionnaire and further provided to the controller in the context of the selection procedure for a job position at the controller (hereinafter referred to as "personal data"), for the purposes of offering, applying for and discussing job opportunities in the company of the controller and its property-related persons (hereinafter referred to as "purposes"). The legal basis for the processing of personal data for the aforementioned purposes is my explicit consent provided in this form in accordance with the law. The provision of my personal data for these purposes is necessary for the negotiation of an employment contract with the controller. Period of processing of personal data I understand that the controller will only process my personal data for the period of time it considers necessary to achieve the purposes listed above or as provided for in the relevant legislation on the retention period of personal data. If an employment relationship with the controller arises, my personal data will generally be retained for the duration of my employment with the controller and for as long as there are legal obligations to retain such data or until any claims arising from my employment with the controller are time-barred. Disclosure and transfer of personal data I hereby further agree that the controller is entitled to: - disclose and transfer my personal data to any property-related person, whereby o only authorised personnel have access to personal data and only to the extent that they need it, o in addition, certain personal data may be accessed by selected executives, managers and employees in other affiliated entities of the controller worldwide, but only where there is a legitimate business need to do so; - to disclose my personal data to the extent permitted by applicable law to related and unrelated parties in their capacity as service providers, acting as data processors, or to other third parties who need the data; - disclose my personal data to government authorities and bodies where required by applicable law. Some of the aforementioned recipients will be or may have their respective establishments outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"), such as in the United States of America. By entering into the relevant data transfer agreements based on the Standard Contractual Clauses, which can be obtained from the controller on request at the address or telephone number below, or other measures to ensure an adequate level of data protection, the controller demonstrates or confirms, that all recipients of the data will provide an adequate level of protection of personal data and that appropriate technical and organisational security measures are in place to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss or alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access and against any other unlawful forms of processing. Has rights and remedies I am aware that under the relevant legislation and under the conditions set out therein, I have the right, inter alia, to: (i) to check whether the controller holds any data about me and what kind of data it is, and to request access to or copies of such data; and (ii) to request the rectification, completion or erasure of my personal data that are inaccurate or that are processed in breach of the applicable legal requirements; and (iii) request the controller to restrict the collection, processing or use of my personal data; and (iv) in certain circumstances, to object on reasonable grounds to the processing of my personal data or to withdraw my prior consent to the processing of my personal data (whereby such withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of the processing of the data prior to the withdrawal of consent); and (v) to request data portability.
